1. Plans
Free plan: $0, limited projects and resources as described on our Pricing page.
Starter plan: paid monthly subscription (currently USD $9/month) with expanded limits and features.
Prices may change with notice on the Pricing page.
2. Payment
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You are responsible for applicable taxes. Invoices and receipts are available through Stripe and your account billing settings.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel Starter at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Downgrading to Free may require reducing active projects to within Free plan limits.
4. Refunds
Unless required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hoskes.cloud within 14 days of the charge.
Brazilian consumers may have additional rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC).
5. Service level (Starter)
We target high availability for production infrastructure but do not offer a financially backed SLA on the Starter plan today.
Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. See our Security page for incident reporting.
